Celebrating 100 Days of Kindergarten

On Friday 2 August, our Kindergarten students marked a very special milestone- 100 days of Kindy! We are incredibly proud of our Kindergarten students who have worked hard to settle into school routines, develop their literacy and numeracy skills and build relationships with their peers and teachers.

Zone Athletics

GPS students competed well on the running track and in the field events. They displayed excellent sportsmanship and were a wonderful support for one another during the various events throughout the day. Nine GPS students have progressed to represent the zone at the regional level!

Spelling Bee Regional Final

Congratulations to Hanna and Farhad for representing GPS in the highly competitive Regional Spelling Bee Finals

We are ecstatic to announce that Farhad won the Regional Spelling Bee and will be progressing to the state final. The winning word was Papyrus.

Both students demonstrated outstanding competitive spirit, as they tackled increasingly complex words throughout the online event.
