Applications for Extended Leave - Travel

If you are planning to travel, and are applying for leave of 10 days or more, please complete the form on the link below. You will need to upload travel documents showing return details (for example flight bookings) for each student at the school.

Parent Volunteers

All prospective parents, guardians or close relatives of our students can be volunteers at the school. To do so you will need to complete the Working with Children Check Declaration form below.

Change of Details

You can access our change of details form on our Parent Portal to update your address, phone, email and emergency contacts. 

Change of address, email or phone number may also be submitted online through the School Stream App. Download School Stream App.

Alternatively, you can fill in this printable form and send through to the school office.

Students may be eligible for free or subsidised travel to and from school.
